147 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Finance if he has received an application from a residents association (details supplied) in Dublin 3 for a waiver of interest regarding land adjoining their estate; when a decision will be made in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have received an application for a waiver of interest from Castlecourt Property Management Limited on behalf of the residents of Castlecourt Estate in respect of land adjoining their estate. I have also received a similar application from another party in respect of the same land. I expect to announce my decision shortly.
