249 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a Land Registry application by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3898/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 28 October 1999. I am further informed by the Land Registry that the application is expected to be completed in the next few weeks.
