120 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the total gross farm retirement pension for the period 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2000 for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [3924/01]
From 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2000 the person named was paid £2,695.17 gross under the early retirement scheme. This amount included arrears of pension for the period from 22 December 1999, the date of valid application, to 31 December 1999. As the person named was in joint management of the farm with her husband, her retirement pension has been reduced by the amount of his old age pension in accordance with the terms of the early retirement scheme.
