Question:111 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will receive a payment under the REP scheme. [4067/01]

The person named submitted REPS 1A forms in April 2000 and October 2000 to notify my Department of changes in his farming system. An amended agri-environmental plan to take account of these changes should have been submitted prior to the end of the applicant's recording year on 30 September 2000. The applicant's planner has been made aware of this requirement on two occasions, in October 2000 and again in January 2001. An amended plan has still not been received. Pay ment cannot be processed until the applicant submits an amended plan.
