391 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the meetings he has had or commitments he has given in relation to the proposed swimming pool for Youghal, County Cork; the costs in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4968/01]
Last week, I met a delegation in connection with the proposed new swimming pool in Youghal. The feasibility study and preliminary report submitted by Youghal Urban District Council have been examined by our technical advisers who have requested the UDC to provide additional information in relation to costs. On receipt of the information sought further consideration will be given to this proposal.
