453 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Education and Science the reasons for the delay in the work on St. Thomas's primary school which was due to commence in July 2000; when the work is now likely to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4938/01]
The work involving the subdivision of existing classrooms and the provision of additional temporary accommodation at St. Thomas's primary school, Esker, Lucan, County Dublin is almost complete.
Tenders will shortly be invited for major roof repairs and the school authorities will be notified when this has been done.
