154 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science if funding allocated for the renovation of An Óige's youth hostel at Aughavannagh, County Wicklow, has been drawn down; and, if not, the situation in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8545/01]

My Department has been in contact with An Óige regarding this matter and I understand that it is unlikely that An Óige will be in a position to begin drawing down the grant before the latter half of this year.
