139 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she will examine the contents of a letter sent to her by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6W regarding the making of an order under the Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [9677/01]

I am satisfied that the authority advised my Department of this order in the correct manner. The other issues raised in the letter are matters for the authority and I have made arrangements for them to reply directly to the individual concerned.
