Vol. 533 No. 6

Written Answers. - Services for People with Disabilities.

Jimmy Deenihan

Question:

202 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide disabled access including wheelchair access to the PAYE section on the first floor at the income tax office, Tralee, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10029/01]

The provision of disabled access, including wheelchair access to the first floor of the income tax office in Tralee, County Kerry is not necessary. Full disabled access facilities are already provided to the ground floor of the building where queries from disabled members of the public relating to PAYE are dealt with.

Disabled members of Revenue staff are accommodated on the ground flood of the building.
