Question:197 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry to expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [10176/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transfer of part which was lodged on 30 June 1998. I am further informed that the application is in the final stages of completion and, subject to no further queries arising, should be completed within the next four weeks.
