108 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to an article first published in the Nursing Times concerning allergic reactions to latex gloves; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9906/01]

This is a potentially important health and safety issue. I have asked my Department's chief nursing adviser to investigate the matter and to report to me on its implications.
