386 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will make resources available to allow the Eastern Community Works Project in the Eastern Regional Health Authority area to continue, the amount of money which was given in 2000 and 2001 for this service and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy is aware, the special housing aid scheme for the elderly in the Dublin-Kildare-Wicklow area is administered by the Eastern Regional Health Authority on behalf of the Department of Environment and Local Government. I have asked the chief executive officer of the authority to investigate this matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
