479 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she has had discussions in relation to the film, An Everlasting Piece; if so, with whom; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [11886/01]
I have had no such discussions. However, in 1999 my Department certified this film project for the purposes of section 481 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997, and has, in accordance with standard practice, been in touch with the promoters regarding compliance with relevant conditions of the certificate.
