545 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will expedite an application for transfer of land by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny which is with the Land Registry Office since November 1999. [12135/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 15 November 1999. I am further informed that the dealing was completed on 27 April 2001.
