199 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children the EU directives relevant to his Department which are awaiting implementation; the nature of the directive; when it was passed by the Council of Ministers; the final date for implementation; and if this deadline will be met. [13007/01]
The following table sets out the current position regarding implementation of EU directives. In all cases the drafting by my Department of the statutory instrument for transposition is under way.
