Vol. 536 No. 2

Written Answers - Mobility Allowance.

John McGuinness

Question:

300 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will review the application for mobility allowance by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny and reverse the decision taken. [13691/01]

The assessment of entitlement to and payment of mobility allowance in any individual case is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board with a request that he examine the query and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
