326 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will clarify the nature of the discussions which are taking place between his Department, Donegal County Council and a company (details supplied) in relation to having a test centre located in Inishowen; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer to the reply to Question No. 153, of 14 February, 2001. I am informed by the National Car Testing Service Ltd., that its representative had discussions with officials of Donegal County Council and Buncrana Urban District Council about identifying suitable sites for a Test Centre in Inishowen. My Department is not party to the discussions and detailed information on them should be sought from the local authorities concerned.
