344 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 210 of 8 May 2001, he will provide the information sought prior to 1989; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13994/01]
The information sought is not readily available and its compilation would involve a disproportionate amount of time and work. To be of assistance, I am arranging for a copy of Road Development Plan for the 1980s to be sent to the Deputy, together with relevant extracts from the Department's annual reports for the years 1981 to 1989.
345 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will publish the relevant agreements between the parties in regard to the public-private partnership arrangements relating to the East Link and West Link bridges in Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The relevant tolling agreements in relation to the East Link and West Link bridges are as between National Toll Roads plc. and Dublin Corporation and the National Roads Authority, respectively. Details of the agreements should be sought from the road authorities concerned.
