368 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she has received an application from Belmullet Development Association and Féile Iorras, the International Folk Arts Festival, in respect of assistance under the ACCESS programme; if her attention has been drawn to the extent of the application and the supporting documentation lodged in her Department; if she has made a decision on the allocation of funds under the programme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The committee established by me to assess the applications, including an application from Belmullet Development Association, for funding under the ACCESS programme, for the period 2001 to 2004, recently completed its work. However, it has not yet been decided which projects can be approved in principle, subject to certain conditions, for grant aid.
