133 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when he will be in a position to provide further information having checked the propriety of same as indicated in his replies to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 56 and 57 of 10 May 2001 regarding the disposal of property by port authorities. [15133/01]
I am advised that it is neither the ordinary practice nor appropriate for me to release the information sought by the Deputy as this relates to an operational matter for the port company in question which is responsible for the management, control, operation and development of the harbour in accordance with the Harbours Acts, 1996-2000.
In the circumstances, I would advise the Deputy to seek the information directly from the port company from which, I believe, it would be forthcoming.
