172 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when the results of the pilot programme as recommended by the national rural water monitoring committee in relation to small scale collection and treatment systems will be available; and if he will make a statement on the progress being made to date. The national rural water monitoring committee is preparing tender documents for the programme of pilot projects. The results of the programme will not be available until the pilot projects have been completed and assessed.
