281 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will respond to the request of Dún Laoghaire/ Rathdown County Council to allow it spend its internal capital receipts to fund the installation of central heating in approximately 550 council dwellings occupied by elderly tenants. I refer to the reply to Question No. 293 of 3 April 2001. Information on the level of its internal capital receipts has recently been received from Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. A decision on its proposals to use these receipts to fund the provision of central heating in elderly persons' dwellings will be made as soon as possible.
