Vol. 537 No. 5

Written Answers. - Hospital Services.

Seamus Healy

Question:

321 Mr. Healy asked the Minister for Health and Children when he will provide the finance and resources necessary to provide a cat scan facility for St. Joseph's Hospital, Clonmel, County Tipperary. [16776/01]

The provision of services at St. Joseph's Hospital, Clonmel is, in the first instance, the statutory responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer at the board to look into the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him in this regard.
