182 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the orthodontic assistance which can be given to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [17425/01]

As the provision of orthodontic services to eligible persons in County Mayo is the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board, I have asked the chief executive officer of that board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.

183 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo was assessed for orthodontic treatment; when she was placed on the waiting list for treatment; the length of time she has been on the waiting list; and when she will be called for treatment. [17426/01]
