Question:284 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry Office to expedite the completion of a folio for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [17876/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a Land Commission vesting order which was lodged on 5 October 1987. I am further informed that queries issued on 15 June 2001, to land services division in the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
