Question:307 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will extend the school bus service to a home pick up for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17740/01]

Bus Éireann is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school transport scheme. I have requested it to submit a report on the bus pick-up point referred to by the Deputy. When its report is received and considered I will advise him of the position.
