149 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will request a report from the Garda authorities regarding extensive vandalism to a property (details supplied) on East Wall Road, Dublin 3 on 16 June 2001. [18424/01]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that no complaints were received regarding vandalism to the property in question prior to its demolition on Saturday, 16 June 2001.

It is open to any person who suspects that a criminal offence has taken place to report his or her suspicions to the Garda Síochána.
