Written Answers. - Disposal of Estate.
I understand that the Deputy has been in direct correspondence with the Chief State Solicitor's office regarding this case. The Chief State Solicitor's office wrote to my Department in May 2001 requesting sanction to make payments to certain parties. I understand that sanction has now issued.
