485 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a legal agreement between the South-Eastern Health Board and a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny has not been fully honoured; the further reason the South-Eastern Health Board is in breach of this agreement; and if he will instruct the board to honour the agreement in full. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

I am advised that the matter to which the Deputy refers is the subject of ongoing legal proceedings between the person indicated and the health board. In the circumstances it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter.
