486 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny has not been promoted to the correct grade; and if he will insist that action is taken in this case. [21618/01]

My Officials have contacted the agency concerned, asking them to investigate the matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
