331 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his approval has been sought in the past 12 months to provide for the making of waiver schemes by rating authorities under section 2 of the Local Government (Rates) Act, 1970; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have not received any requests from rating authorities for the approval of further waiver schemes under section 2 of the Local Government (Rates Act), 1970, within the past 12 months.
