My Department's legal representatives, the Chief State Solicitor's office, are in negotiations with the vendor's legal representatives in relation to the purchase of a site for Gaelscoil Chill Mhantáin. The school authorities will be informed of developments.
475 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the finalisation of the purchase of a site for a school (details supplied) in County Wicklow; the expediting of the building project through its various stages to completion and occupation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Architectural planning for the work at the school referred to by the Deputy is under way. It is not possible to say when construction will commence. The school authorities will be informed of developments.
