179 Mr. Ring asked the Taoiseach if he will provide a list of consultants who have been employed by his Department since June 1997 to date; and the salary they have been paid. [22550/01]

A schedule follows for the information of the Deputy which contains details of all consultancies employed by my Department and bodies under the aegis of my Department since June 1997. In some cases, the engagements are ongoing. The cost is identified in each case where payments have been made.
