Question:269 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will sanction transport for a person (details supplied) in County Cork to Scoil Bernadette in Cork city. [23444/01]
Written Answers. - School Transport.
I am aware of the case to which the Deputy refers. Bus Éireann, which operates the school transport service on behalf of my Department, has been requested to investigate the provision of a suitable transport service for the pupil in question. As soon as Bus Éireann has reported, my Department will be in contact with the child's family.
