551 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education and Science when work will commence on the proposed new secondary school at Calasanctius College, Oranmore, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24184/01]
A new school of 4,828 sq.m. is being planned for Calasanctius College to cater for a long-term enrolment of 625 pupils. This project is progressing through architectural planning. Stage 4, detailed design, has been received in my Department and is currently being examined.
