103 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has in the past four and a half years appointed to any State or semi-State board or agency, an executive or employee of consultancy firms or public relations firms which have previously benefited from contracts issued by her Department; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The question of whether an individual was or was not an executive or an employee of a consultancy or public relations firm has not been a key factor in appointments I have made to State or semi-State bodies or agencies. Some of the individuals are or have been associated with consultancy companies which have had some dealings with my Department.
