Question:

318 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of nurses awaiting their final wage payments in the agreements reached between the nurses unions and the Government; when payments will be made; the total amounts of money involved for each of the health board areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25172/01]

The information requested by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department. I have asked the chief executives officers of the health boards and the ERHA, the chief executive of each public voluntary agency and the chief executive of each mental handicap agency outside the ERHA to reply to me with the information as soon as possible. I will revert to the Deputy when the information requested has been collated.
