334 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that the occupational therapist's report in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will be made available to Kilkenny County Council to enable works in the applicant's home to proceed; and the reason for the delay in progressing this case. As the provision of occupational therapy services for eligible persons in County Kilkenny is the statutory responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board, I have asked the chief executive officer of that board to investigate the position in relation to these three cases and to reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
