Written Answers. - School Funding.
The planning and building unit of my Department has re-examined the position relating to the installation of hand dryers and I regret that it is not possible to change the existing policy on the matter. The position taken by my Department is in the interests first and foremost of the children and also the boards of management who must ultimately manage the day to day operation costs of schools.
