168 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when persons (details supplied) will obtain work permits for which a company (details supplied) in County Kildare has applied on their behalf; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24933/01]

It is the policy of my Department to process applications strictly in the order in which they are received. Assuming the applications are completed correctly and are otherwise in order, they will take approximately eight weeks to process.
