Question:800 Mr. D'Arcy asked the Minister for Education and Science when Bridgetown Vocational College, Wexford, will receive approval to move to Stage 5 of the extension building programme. [26403/01]
Written Answers. - Schools Building Projects.
An extension of 1,772 m*2 is being planned for the school in question and the project is progressing through architectural planning.
A Stage 4 submission, detail design, was received in my Department in July 2001. In August 2001, the building unit wrote to the VEC requesting information that was previously omitted from the submission.
This information was received in my Department on 22 October 2001 and is currently being examined. On completion of this examination, the progression of this project to Stage 5 will be considered further.
