Question:182 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when construction will commence at the new Garda station at Kilfinane, County Limerick. [27122/01]

I have been informed by the Office of Public Works that the purchase of the site for the new Garda station at Kilfinane will be completed shortly. It is not possible to say when this project will commence. However, I can assure the Deputy that there will be no unavoidable delay in progressing this matter.
