Before proceeding to the Order of Business I wish to inform the House that with us this morning in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery is the President of the Parliament of Iceland, Mr. Halldór Blóndal, who is accompanied by parliamentarians from the Althingi. It is an honour for me to extend to you, Mr. President, and your delegation a warm welcome to Dáil Éireann. I know that your visit significantly increases the co-operation and friendship between our two Parliaments. I look forward to a further strengthening of these links which are to our mutual benefit.
