172 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if he has concluded negotiations in relation to the purchase of a site for the new Garda station for Leixlip, County Kildare; and if so, the timetable for its construction. [28301/01]

Negotiations are still ongoing with the vendor for the purchase of the site at Leixlip. Until these have been concluded, it is not possible to give a timetable for the construction of the new Garda station.
