300 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will liaise with the Eastern Regional Health Authority regarding the possibility of a contract bed being made available for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11. [28590/01]
The provision of health services in the Dublin area, including the administration of the nursing home subvention scheme, rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. I have asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate this case and respond directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
