301 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 250 of 19 June 2001, he will arrange for his Department to sign a declaration to enable the Mid-Western Health Board to establish title to land (details supplied) in County Limerick. [28591/01]
As I previously informed the Deputy on 23 October 2001, this matter is being examined by the Chief State Solicitor's office. It appears the proposal that the Minister would execute a declaration will not be appropriate. An alternative method of resolving the matter is being investigated. I am informed that this work is ongoing and I will be glad to advise the Deputy when the matter is resolved.
