337 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will reply to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15 regarding the treatment of his mother up to the time of her death; and if a report on the issues raised will be made available. [28958/01]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

The South-Eastern Health Board is responsible for the provision of hospital services in the case to which the Deputy is referring. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer at the board to look into the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
