In accordance with normal practice, the 2002 Estimates for these schemes reflect current eligi bility thresholds and criteria, all of which have been regularly reviewed and increased significantly in recent years. The terms and conditions of these schemes will continue to be kept under review and I will announce any improvements and make any necessary adjustment of financial provisions as appropriate.
