Question:413 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing number will be completed in the Land Registry for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [28528/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transfer order which was lodged on 2 August 2001.
I can inform the Deputy that this application is under active consideration at present and provided the documentation is in order and no queries arise, is expected to be completed shortly.
