Question:

434 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the counties that are on the integrated title registration information system with the Land Registry; the office of the Land Registry that these counties are administered from; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28968/01]

The integrated title registration information system is at present available in ten counties: Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Cork, Waterford, Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Clare and Roscommon. It will be extended to Counties Kerry and Limerick during January 2002 and it is planned to have it operational in all counties by the end of 2002. I can further inform the Deputy that the ten counties already included on the ITRIS system are administered from the following offices:

435 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the registration of a folio (details supplied) will be completed. [28984/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 1 February 2001. This application is under consideration at present and, provided the documentation is in order and no queries arise, is expected to be completed shortly.

436 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the file plans on folios (details supplied) will be completed and sent on to the solicitors. [28985/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a certified copy filed plan was lodged on 6 November 2001 and completed on 9 November 2001.
